Hotel Ambre is situated on the beautiful island of Mauritius. The resort is tastefully designed and set within tropical gardens giving access to a white sandy beach almost a kilometre long. There are two restaurants on-site one of which is the 'Alizes' Bar and Restaurant which is located right on the beach allowing guests to enjoy snacks and local dishes underneath palm trees and filaos pines. The turquoise-blue lagoon is ideal for swimmers and beyond the unspoilt barrier reef scuba divers can swim with giant turtles and multi-coloured fish.
